Providing their customers with a clean room and a helping hand.
The Housekeeping staff at Hoopeston Regional Health Center provides cleaning services to all buildings and departments of the Hoopeston Regional Health Center campus. The Housekeeping staff is always working to insure that the facility is clean and sanitory for those who visit, stay or work.
Patients and residents will normally see a housekeeping staff member each day between 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Upon leaving a patient or resident’s room the housekeeper will communicate that they’ve completed their cleaning for that day and ask if there is anything else they can do to make them more comfortable or anything else that needs cleaned. Comfort items may include a warmed blanket, a fan to cool the room and closing the door for a quieter atmosphere. If your staff member can’t provide what you need they’ll get you assistance from one of the healthcare professionals.
Staff members are always willing to get you those “little extras” you might want or need. | |
