Double board certified Emergency Department physicans*, who are on site 24 hours a day/7 days a week, will manage your care with the assistance of highly trained and certified nursing professionals.
When you come into the facility you’ll have an initial evaluation with a triage nurse, who will evaluate your condition and coordinate your needed care. The physicians at our Emergency Department strive to see their patients within 30 minutes upon arrival. Our patient wait times are, on average, 65% less than the national average for hospitals.
Hoopeston Regional Health Center has arrangements that allow patients to be transferred to Carle Hospital, Provena Hospital and other specialty hospitals when advanced care is needed or requested. Helicopter transportation for those highly critical situations.
